Pics of My Lower Region….

Got your attention? LOL. No, don’t mean that. I just realized that whenever I take a pic, I crop my body out. I need to embrace my curves, love my handles, shake my ba-dunk-a-dunk!! lol

I have a mini goal to take new pics, and show what my mama gave me. I need to get over my fear of … well, i  really don’t know what it is, honestly. Maybe I just think it doesn’t look good, so don’t show it? Who knows. But I am getting the confidence, so soon you will all meet my lower half!

I’m sick :(

Ok, so the day after I went to the gym, I woke up with a sore throat, congested head and chest, and I just felt like crap. I don’t know what it is, but I kinda knew it was going to happen. Has this happened to anyone before? You work out, and you get sick the next day. I don’t know why but this has happened to me before. I have just been dragging myself to and from work, and I’ve been just trying to drink alot of O.J.

Hopefully this will be gone soon. I don’t feel good!

Day 1

Ok, It’s almost 4 pm, and I am ready to give up…just kidding! I’ve eaten very healthy, and have had lots of water. I’m just getting nervous…because night is coming. There’s no full moon, but the monster always comes out at night. I seem to change into a different person when it’s close to bedtime. I seem to get SOOOOOOOOOOO hungry that I just eat one thing…then another…then another, well, you get the point. I have to try to occupy myself somehow. I am going to the gym with my friend tonight to hit the treadmill. I just ate, so maybe in about 2 hours when we go, I will be hungry earlier, and try to fill up on veggies. I don’t know!!! Let’s see what happens.

Beginning

I just found this site today, and I’m very happy at what I see. I can honestly say that I am looking forward to start losing weight. I have a different outlook this time. The only thing I believe I need more of is positive people to help me on my way.

This site seems like a really great tool to taking that first step to becoming healthy.
