I’m sick :(

Ok, so the day after I went to the gym, I woke up with a sore throat, congested head and chest, and I just felt like crap. I don’t know what it is, but I kinda knew it was going to happen. Has this happened to anyone before? You work out, and you get sick the next day. I don’t know why but this has happened to me before. I have just been dragging myself to and from work, and I’ve been just trying to drink alot of O.J.

Hopefully this will be gone soon. I don’t feel good!

    oh it is ok! get some rest and drink some vitamin C and sleep! i hope you r gonna be alright! be strong!

    Make sure you are taking a multivitamin and when you go to the gym try to take some anti bacterial wipes and wipe down the machines and weights before you use them. It helps a lot!!! Hope you feel better soon.

    I’ve heard that when you start a fitness and diet regime after being really unhealthy for a while your body kind of goes into ’spring cleaning’ mode and dumps a heap of stored toxins into your bloodstream to get ready for your new healhty lifestyle and you then get sick from the toxins. It should only last a couple of days. Just make sure to drink plenty of water to flush out those toxins.
